Hokkaido University's research project "New Global Law and Policy for Multi-agential Governance" is selected as the Global COE Program, a special research grant from Japanese Government, as to succeed the 21st Century COE Program "The Law and Policy of Intellectual Property: Building a New Framework" developmentally.
