A limited number of travel grants are available from the Globalisation and Governance Project for graduate students who can successfully demonstrate:

  1. relevance of their areas of interest to the conference’s main theme
  2. financial problems in travelling to Sapporo
  3. willingness to attend all sessions and join them ACTIVELY
  4. willingness to contribute to the production of related academic output such as a post-seminar workshop

Applications should be directed to the Head Coordinator via e-mail by 27 November. Selection will be made by 1 December. All inquiries should be in English and a reply cannot be guaranteed in the case of non-acceptance.
