As an International Relations scholar, my research focuses on interstate conflict through the lens of ordinary citizens. I examine how conflict shapes the lives and attitudes of individuals and, conversely, how public attitudes influence the dynamics of war and peace.
My recent work employs experimental methods to investigate strategic communication in wartime, territorial dispute resolution, the impact of diplomatic visits, and the intersection of natural disasters and conflict. You can find some of my stories here .
