On 12-16 July 2009 in Santiago, Chile, the International Political Science Association (IPSA) will hold its 21st World Congress. As part of this Congress, IPSA Research Committee 3 on European Unification (“IPSA RC-3”) is planning to put together two to four panels comprised of several papers each. While we are in the process of consulting the RC3 executive members on the panel organization, we encourage paper proposals for these panels, and are seeking contributions from established scholars, those who recently completed their PhDs, graduate students and practitioners from Asia, America, Europe, and the rest of the world. The deadline to submit paper proposals is 1 November 2008. The final deadline for panel organisation is 1 January 2009.
